Upon completion, learners will take a final exam consisting of professional discussions, multiple-choice, and written questions. A minimum of 80% is required to pass and receive certification.

Duration: Approximately 30 – 40 hours (inclusive of final exam).

Q. Is the course CPD Accredited?

 

A. Yes, the course is certified.

Q. Once I have completed the course, how long after can I get my certificate? 

 

A. We advise all learners that it normally take between 4 - 6 week to receive your certificate. Certificates are send via email. 

​

Q. Will I only receive a certificate if I pass? 

​

A. Yes, we cannot provide you with a CPD accredited certificate if you do not reach the pass mark of at least 80%.

Q. What if I cannot make a class? E.G I am at work. 

​

A. all classes will be recorded so that you can look back on them if you’re unable to attend, then your trainer will follow up with you, to answer any questions you may have.
